I have a passion for good food, sourcing unusual ingredients from unusual places and developing interesting recipes. I started Cornflower Kitchen as a way to capture my foodie and travel-related musings for gourmets, gourmands and gluttons. It has since led on to other exciting things, including my own market stall...
I spent the first half of last Summer camping and BBQing my way across Europe - from biking (and veal tasting) in Serbia to scoffing pastries in Sicily. Eating fresh goats cheese in the French Alps and learning to make pasta on the streets of Italy to discovering Balkan delicacies in Croatia. The second part of the summer was spent travelling across the Far East so stay tuned for stories about my food-related discoveries from Hong Kong, Malaysia, Bali and Singapore.
Since coming back from my adventuring (and back to reality), on weekends you can usually find me - with my pies, scotch eggs and other delights - at South Lambeth Market. During the week, I'm a PR girl (food PR of course). Email me with recipe ideas, new restaurants, products, books or feedback - I'd love to hear from you!
